Played a crucial role in the technical integration post-merger by delivering a team of specialists for an eight-month project, hiring professionals abroad. Additionally, filling four key areas across Strategy, Agile, Analytics, and Customer Experience within three months, helping the client lead the way towards the digital transformation and becoming competitive in a challenging environment.

By using video and technical screening, cander managed the recruiting process with a minimum intervention from the client with a dedicated account manager. As a result, hiring 12 tech specialists between Blockchain, Full Stack DevOps, and Architects, all with a breadth of diverse skills that otherwise would have been challenging for the startup company to attain. The client has now scaled the company and successfully raised a Series B funding round

We played a vital role in helping this tech startup by placing over 10 candidates across several areas. We achieved that by avoiding an overly long interview process and filling positions effectively, thus helping the company to rebuild its reputation and boost its growth. Our efforts resulted in the startup developing a solid product management team as well as benchmark their salaries.

Global ride sharing App

Our client has established a hassle-free e-commerce platform targeted at male shoppers. They needed to be overseen by a pool of offshore tech specialists. Our team helped to bridge the gap between the company and potential candidates in a cost-effective and timely manner. We helped to employ professionals on an hourly basis, with both the payroll and HR management.

 

Seed funded ecommerce client

Our client launched in 2021 and was looking to put together a highly skilled team to tackle the mobile wallet services industry. We introduced them to the FinTech market and reached out to the best tech talent available, shortlisting roles and making salary surveys as part of a thorough process. The collaboration between cander and the client resulted in the latter launching successfully and having a clear growth plan in place.

E-Wallet FinTech

We were retained on-site and commissioned to build out the first wave of critical hiring. We placed 20 candidates in an 8-week period including – CMO, CRO, CCO, CPO, Chief of Staff (Emirati), Head of PMO, Head of Fraud, Digital Marketing Director, Communications Director (Emirati), Head of Procurement, Legal Counsel, Head of Cloud Infrastructure and Head of Payments; while also providing them with expert advice on regulatory affairs and smart hiring strategies. Our team has also introduced the client to the FinTech ecosystem.
